Research Engineering

As an engineering facility, one of our functions is the innovation and development of new products and new engineering techniques.

A large amount of our engineering research involves the development of alternative energy system involving both electrical and mechanical energy generators.

FireLight Funding Inc., is currently seeking research and development monies to build a production level working prototype to demonstrate the utility of “Magnetic Induction” technology.

The project will measure the following performance:

  • Demonstrate Magnetic Flywheel Induction Rotor Technology & Scalability,
  • Demonstrate a Power Plant Output (1 kW – 5 kW),
  • Demonstrate a Power Plant Efficiency Factor (Output/Input > 1.0),
  • Demonstrate that Solar and Wind energy can provide input power to run a “magnetic induction” energy producing apparatus:
    • Stored Solar or Wind energy in Battery as Input
    • Demonstrate that “Magnetic Induction” technology via a “Kinetic Energy Magnetic Power-Plant (KEMP)” can deliver power to the mains utility electrical grid.

Our “Magnetic Induction Power Generators” are used for homes, business, hotels, aircraft, automotive, and marine, and a number of stationary products.

Although we frequently work on automotive and marine projects, we also get involved in non-vehicular projects. Our project mix may also include:

  • Business Intelligence – Algorithm Development and Data acquisition systems
  • Green Technology – Wind and Solar systems research
  • Battery and charging system control systems
  • Drafting and Rapid Prototyping using 3-D printing of mechanical parts
  • Aerospace systems – electronics, hardware, and software
  • Information Technology systems

Unfortunately, there are a number of additional cutting -edge and strategic projects that we are working on for clients that have requested that we not disclose the details of their projects.

Therefore we can’t display pictures or elaborate on the contents of a number of several extremely interesting projects.

We endeavor to be discrete about projects that we work on and will carry that discrete nature to your projects as well.
