Thomas Kemp ─ President / Chief of Operations:

Inventor, Systems Engineer & IT Visionary, with more than 20 years of proven experience in planning, developing, and implementing cutting edge Engineering solutions to custom fit any business need, design or environment. Moreover, he is results-oriented with the ability to lead cross functional engineering and design teams with diverse technical backgrounds, along with the ability to do financial management, problem-solving, and negotiation.
Robert Kemp ─ Vice-President / Engineering Director:

Inventor, Aerospace-Systems Engineer, Physicist and Author, with more than 20 years of proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing state of the art Engineering, Mathematical and Physics solutions to custom fit any business need, opportunity or environment. Moreover, he is results-focused with the ability to lead cross functional engineering and design teams, project management, problem-solving, and negotiation.
